I took 6/7 pictures after my walk - no one with eyes open 🤙🏻 Literally can't express how proud I am for this routine. Since I was 15 I dreamt about such a fit and healthy lifestyle...but somehow something always held me back. Now I feel I can't stop and it's so true: physical and mental health are closely linked. While business and human relationships might not always be perfect, the only relationship that keeps you alive is the one with yourself.
